Story
Enter an HTTPS raster tile URL (e.g. ArcGIS MapServer {z}/{y}/{x}) supported by the Esri raster basemap runtime.

Pick an Esri tiled layer preset, enter a display name, then Create to add it to your list.
Pick an Esri ArcGIS tiled layer; the dropdown updates the live preview (no page reload).
Current engine is Leaflet in config. Switch to Esri for catalog presets.
Preview uses Leaflet for https raster tile URLs (e.g. Esri ArcGIS MapServer).
